Participants will learn practical strategies to improve their interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills across mediums to build trust, avoid mistakes and provide quality outcomes.

This workshop will teach participants how to improve their time management skills by establishing SMART objectives, avoiding procrastination, and using prioritization tools to help improve productivity.

This session will teach participants how to think critically and decisively to identify and assess problems to determine the best possible solutions.
