Holley has developed, taught and facilitated workforce development training in U.S. hospitals, hotels, civic organizations, community colleges and universities from 1993 to present. She is passionate about personal and professional growth for front line workers and managers, DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion & access) values, continuous improvement, and life-long experiential learning.

In addition to her work with ILABI Global, Holley is an Adjunct Professor in workforce development with Delgado Community College, and a workforce programming consultant with Smoot Consulting & Construction in New Orleans, Louisiana. Holley is bilingual and teaches cultural competencies and Spanish abroad in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Algeria, Tunisia, Cuba and in the USA.

Holley received her BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University, her MBA in Individual, Team, and Organizational Leadership Studies from Binghamton University, her LEAN and Neuro-Leadership Coaching Certifications from Ochsner Health System.
